Asesora de instituciones financieras y sociedades, tanto nacionales como extranjeras, en materia corporativa, inversión extranjera y propiedad industrial. Es asociada senior del despacho Sequelis y Asociados desde el 2014.
Antes de formar parte del despacho Sequelis y Asociados, S.C., fue funcionaria en la Dirección Divisional de Marcas del Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial de 2011 al 2013, y fue abogada en la Notaría número 227 y en la Notaría número 130 ambos de la Ciudad de México.

Biography
She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Panamericana at Mexico City in 2012; and completed a specialized course in Commercial Law at the Universidad Panamericana.

Participated in the structuring and purchase and sale transaction of a shopping center located at Mexico City.
Participated in the merger of two people’s finance companies (“sociedades financieras populares”).
Participated in the structuring of an urban development at Polanco, Mexico City, with an approximate value of US$150,000,000.
Assisted in the implementation of a US$290,000,000 syndicated financing and its guarantee package in favor of a palm oil manufacturing company.
Advised and participated in the incorporation of a charitable organization to help low-income children in the State of Oaxaca.
